Now Hiring: Senior Account Manager – Advertising, Brand & Creative Communications

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager to support Advertising, Brand, and Creative Communications initiatives. This role serves as a key advisor and primary point of contact for internal clients, driving integrated communications strategies that align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead Account Manager and communications strategist, supporting the development, execution, and evaluation of integrated communications plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing projects from intake through delivery, including timelines and budgets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business goals, audiences, and key challenges
  • Collaborate with Creative Services teams (copywriters, designers) to ensure high-quality, on-strategy deliverables
  • Partner with digital communications teams to enhance online marketing channels and ensure process alignment
  • Coordinate across Corporate Communications stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Provide insights and reporting to support ongoing communications planning and performance evaluation
  • Support after-hours storm/crisis communications as a secondary Account Manager (1–2 months annually)


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field
  • 8+ years of account management experience in advertising, branding, or marketing communications
  • Strong background in project management, analytics, and integrated campaign execution
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (print, digital, video, social, radio, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experience with work management systems (e.g., Workamajig)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic communications counsel
  • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience aligning communications strategies with measurable business outcomes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the energy industry
  • Familiarity with Kanban principles or workflow management methodologies


Additional Details:

  • Occasional overtime required to support special projects or crisis response (~10–15% annually)
