Communication Specialist II Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing materials for leadership meetings and large-scale events, including agendas, presentations, and talking points.
- Support coordination and execution of senior leadership meetings and major enterprise events.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure all leaders and speakers are prepared.
- Ensure consistency of strategy and messaging across various materials and platforms.
- Collaborate with partners such as IT, security, and event services to manage logistics and technology needs.
Communication Specialist II Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, event coordination, or corporate operations.
- Strong writing and editing skills capable of producing executive-level content.
- Proven experience supporting large meetings or corporate events.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
