Commercial Real Estate Associate

LHH is working with a well‑regarded, business‑focused law firm in Boston seeking a Senior Associate to join its commercial real estate practice.

The Role

• Handle borrower and lender‑side commercial real estate financing matters, including negotiating and managing complex loan documentation
• Analyze and resolve title and survey issues, and coordinate title‑related deliverables through closing
• Support a broader mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, with related financing components
• Work directly with clients and internal deal teams to efficiently move transactions from diligence through closing

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending at a law firm or similar practice
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with financing and transaction documents
• Comfortable juggling multiple active matters in a deadline‑driven environment
• Clear communicator with a practical, solutions‑oriented approach
• MA Bar Admission

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $150,000–$225,000, depending on experience
