About the role
As a Product Manager, you’ll help lead a Business Card Management Solution that enables financial institutions to deliver secure, intuitive, and scalable card management experiences for their business and commercial customers. You’ll own execution of the product roadmap and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, ensuring the solution evolves to meet market needs, regulatory expectations, and business goals.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with a Senior Product Manager who defines product vision and long‑term strategy. You’ll collaborate with product owners, engineering, design, and business analysts to deliver a cohesive, revenue‑generating solution that empowers businesses to manage cards, control spend, access reporting, and administer users effectively.
What you will be doing
Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to market needs and overall value stream priorities
Communicate product direction, priorities, and trade‑offs clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
Partner with agile teams to execute a multi‑year product roadmap
Translate market knowledge, customer insights, and industry trends into actionable epics, features, and release priorities
Stay current on user experience trends, customer pain points, and regulatory expectations to drive continuous product improvement
Gather and synthesize insights from analytics, client feedback, and pilot or beta programs
Partner with product owners and technology leads to ensure features are well‑defined and meet acceptance criteria
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, user experience, shared services, and subject matter experts
Support platform modernization and delivery of new capabilities such as virtual cards, enriched data, and mobile enhancements
Monitor key performance indicators including usage, revenue, client satisfaction, and operational performance
Ensure audit trails, reporting tools, and administrative controls support financial institution compliance needs
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience
Experience managing digital products, preferably in financial services, payments, or card‑related solutions
Strong understanding of digital user experiences and card products or programs
Ability to translate market and customer needs into clear, executable product solutions
Proven ability to define priorities, drive execution, and coordinate across multiple teams
Strong analytical skills and comfort making data‑driven decisions in ambiguous environments
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, mobile applications, payment flows, and authorization processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Added bonus if you have
Experience with business or commercial credit card programs
Exposure to virtual cards, alerts, expense management workflows, or fraud insights
Understanding of financial institution operations and regulatory considerations impacting card solutions
