Commercial Operations Coordinator

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (HQ)

Compensation: $65,000 Base + $5,000 Performance Bonus (OTE: $70,000)

Reports to: VP of US Commercial


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, high-output operator to support the growth engine of our business.

This role sits at the center of our Commercial organization, supporting franchise growth, sales development, and strategic expansion initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in driving execution across multiple commercial functions.

Core Responsibilities


1. Sales & Commercial Support

  • Support Franchise Recruitment and Commercial Development teams
  • Coordinate inbound franchise leads, discovery meetings, and candidate workflows
  • Assist with sales pipeline tracking and deal flow management


2. Franchise Operations & Compliance

  • Manage franchise onboarding processes from agreement to launch
  • Maintain compliance documentation, reporting, and communication
  • Ensure adherence to internal franchise processes and standards (including FA execution workflows)


3. Reporting & Presentation Execution

  • Build, update, and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel)
  • Support development of presentations and executive materials (PowerPoint)
  • Track key metrics and performance across commercial initiatives


4. General Administrative Support

  • Provide flexible, high-impact administrative support across the Commercial team
  • Execute ad hoc projects and operational tasks as needed


Key Ownership Areas

  • Franchise Sales & Recruitment Support: Lead coordination of candidate journey, documentation, and scheduling
  • Franchise Compliance Management: Own compliance tracking, reporting, and communication processes
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Maintain, optimize, and improve CRM workflows for sales and compliance
  • Commercial Reporting & Execution: Deliver reporting, insights, and operational support across initiatives


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the central operational hub for the Commercial team
  • Execute high-volume requests with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Manage franchise documentation, DocuSign workflows, and onboarding processes
  • Support franchise sales, M&A coordination, and commercial initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in franchising, sales operations, or commercial/admin support
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and DocuSign
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with urgency and minimal oversight
