Commercial Litigation Attorney

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique Miami law firm seeking a litigation associate. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, including managing complex, high-stakes matters in State and Federal Courts through trial. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, well respected litigation team. Matters include commercial disputes, class actions, hospitality, shareholder and corporate conflicts, and real estate and construction litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation from inception through trial and appeal
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Lead discovery, depositions, and case strategy
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Run cases with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academics
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Trial prep, case management, and drafting experience preferred
• Florida Bar admission required
• Strong track record of professional stability

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $225,000
