Base Salary: $170,000 – $210,000

A highly regarded litigation firm in Irvine is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an on-site opportunity for an attorney who thrives in complex, high-stakes business disputes and wants meaningful responsibility in active litigation matters.

About the Role

The firm represents businesses, insurers, and professionals in sophisticated commercial disputes across a range of industries. The incoming attorney will work closely with experienced litigators on cases involving breach of contract, business torts, partnership disputes, financial and real estate conflicts, and other complex civil matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Oversee written discovery and case strategy
• Prepare for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Appear in court and manage client communications

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• 2+ years of strong litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience handling complex discovery and motion practice
• Trial or significant trial preparation experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
