Title: Busniess/ Commercial Litigation Attorney

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on Commercial/business litigation or civil litigation
• Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
• Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in California. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
