🚀 Hiring: Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (3+ YOE, flexible) | Harrisburg, PA (with potential Philly-based flexibility)


LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly regarded, collegial law firm team to add a well-rounded Complex Commercial Litigation Associate. 📍 Location: Harrisburg, PA (primarily in-office with flexibility)

Potential option: Philadelphia-based attorneys may be considered with periodic travel to Harrisburg as needed

🎯 What they’re looking for

  • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (open to flexibility for the right fit)
  • Strong writing, analysis, and client communication
  • Experience with state and federal litigation
  • PA bar required; NJ bar is a plus
  • Ideally: a resume showing stability and progressive responsibility


📚 Matters include

  • Commercial / business disputes
  • Real estate and construction-related litigation (including defects and disputes)
  • Eminent domain / condemnation, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants
  • Business divorces and ownership disputes
  • Non-compete enforcement
  • Zoning / land use–adjacent issues
  • Bankruptcy-related disputes
  • Labor & Employment–adjacent issues


💵 Compensation & bonus

  • Salary: $120,000–$160,000+ (based on experience + fit)
  • Bonuses: multi-component structure (objective + tiered + discretionary)
  • Origination credit: available (uncapped structure)
