📍 Location: Harrisburg, PA (primarily in-office with flexibility)
✅ Potential option: Philadelphia-based attorneys may be considered with periodic travel to Harrisburg as needed

🎯 What they’re looking for
- 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (open to flexibility for the right fit)
- Strong writing, analysis, and client communication
- Experience with state and federal litigation
- PA bar required; NJ bar is a plus
- Ideally: a resume showing stability and progressive responsibility
📚 Matters include
- Commercial / business disputes
- Real estate and construction-related litigation (including defects and disputes)
- Eminent domain / condemnation, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants
- Business divorces and ownership disputes
- Non-compete enforcement
- Zoning / land use–adjacent issues
- Bankruptcy-related disputes
- Labor & Employment–adjacent issues
💵 Compensation & bonus
- Salary: $120,000–$160,000+ (based on experience + fit)
- Bonuses: multi-component structure (objective + tiered + discretionary)
- Origination credit: available (uncapped structure)
