Our client is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their prominent litigation practice. Interesting, substantive, complex commercial litigation work with national clientele. This is a defense firm with work/life balance and opportunity for partnership.

Additional:

• Must be barred in NJ
• Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required
• Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings
• Deposition experience
• Courtroom experience
