Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Commercial HVAC Technician in Mansfield, TX. The HVAC Technician will handle tasks such as diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, performing preventive maintenance, repairing systems, and ensuring compliance with EPA standards. The role also involves working on electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems as they relate to HVAC operations, with a commitment to maintaining high performance and safety standards in equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Knowledge of plumbing and preventive maintenance techniques for commercial HVAC equipment
• Familiarity with EPA regulations and certifications for handling refrigerants
• Competency in electricity fundamentals and applications related to HVAC systems
• Ability to work in a hands-on, on-site role and collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Relevant certifications and technical training in HVAC systems are highly desirable
