Whatyou’lldo

  • Participate in startup and commissioning of new units, applyingexpertiseto supporta state-of-the-artfacility.

  • Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions,and executeregularlyscheduledmaintenance on heating and cooling units.

  • Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents, including blueprints and diagrams.

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensuretimelyescalation ofissues forresolution when necessary.

  • Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements, operating equipment safely, recognizing HVAC-related hazards, completing safety training, and implementing effective safety measures.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess High School Diploma/GED

  • 5+yearsworking experience in theHVAC Industry

  • 3+ years working withcentrifugalchillers

  • EPA Universal

  • Ability topush/pull/lift up to 50lbs, climb a ladderandwork on rooftops

  • Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat of extended period of times

  • Possess andmaintainvalid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier

Valued, but notrequired

  • OSHA 30 Certification

  • Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC)

  • Experience with data centers

  • Experience with Steam Turbines

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Knowledge ofServiceMax

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between$38.00 - $76.00per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
