Role Description

Reliable Commercial Construction is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Arlington, TX. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, mitigating project risks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Construction Project Management and general Project Management principles
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Construction Management
• Strong experience in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Familiarity with construction software tools and project management platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in commercial construction is a must
