Job Title: Cash Applications/Collections Specialist
Job Description
As a Cash Applications/Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts, primarily through email communication. Your role will involve investigating and resolving invoice issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will analyze account trends, follow up on outstanding balances, assist in applying payments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Highland Heights, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
