What you will doIn this role, you will play a key part in the initiative to build an industrial maintenance organization and make an impact on equipment uptime to enable production to support our customers. You will learn best practices, identify root causes of equipment failures, and implement process and equipment design changes to reduce unplanned downtime.

We are a team that works to ensure our production equipment is available to produce good quality parts at the necessary rate to achieve production goals. This is accomplished by implementing and executing equipment restoration, reactive and proactive maintenance strategies, and by optimizing equipment design. Maintenance is more than responding to when equipment fails – we strive to take the necessary steps so that failures are prevented before they can occur.
The maintenance team is on a journey to become a world-class organization by implementing best practices and investing in our human resources.
This position will be based at our Kings Mountain Operations manufacturing site in Kings Mountain, NC

The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
