2. Schedule/Onsite: 100% onsite. Salaried roles typically support approximately 45 hours per week.
3. Team Structure: Cell-based environment. This role serves as the lead technical, hands-on resource for a cell of 6–8 machines.
4. Technical Scope: Responsible for CNC programming, machine setup, and ongoing production support, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
5. Programming & Systems: Experience with Mazatrol and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, PartMaker, or similar) preferred.
6. Blueprint & Quality Requirements: Strong ability to interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and perform First Article Inspections using precision inspection equipment.
7. Leadership Scope: Candidates with experience providing technical leadership, mentoring machinists, or overseeing cell performance are strongly preferred.
8. Industry Preferred: Medtech or Aerospace
9. Reports To: Production Quality Manager or President & CEO, depending on level and responsibilities
