Job Description
This first-shift CNC Programmer role focuses on independently programming and setting up multiple Haas vertical mills using Fanuc controls in a smaller, clean, and organized job shop environment. You will work primarily on shorter production runs, handling multiple setups each week, and producing mostly aluminum parts with some steel components while operating with minimal supervision.

Work Environment
This role is based in a smaller, clean, and organized job shop with approximately 15–20 team members. The shop primarily uses Haas vertical mills with Fanuc controls and focuses on shorter production runs of mostly aluminum parts with some steel work. The schedule is a first-shift position from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime only rarely required and typically occurring on Fridays. The atmosphere is laid-back and collaborative, and the facility is located in a convenient area of St. Louis Park. Attire is typical for a machining job shop environment, suitable for working around CNC equipment and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
