This is a full-time, on-site CNC Operator role based in Rochester, NY. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications. Daily responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and ensuring product quality through routine inspections and adjustments as needed. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with team members for efficient production.

• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and equipment, with knowledge of Machining and Milling processes
• Strong skills in performing Quality Control checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Experience in Machine Operation and general operation of industrial Machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications in machining or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
