Work Environment
You will work in a very clean, medical-focused manufacturing environment that requires adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, including wearing eye protection. The facility operates multiple shift options, including a Monday–Thursday shift from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. with potential overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays, typically for partial shifts. There is also an alternative weekend shift from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with pay structured for a 40-hour week. The environment uses CNC Swiss machines, lathes, and standard quality tools such as calipers and gauges, and emphasizes organization, precision, and consistent product quality.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
