Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
This role supports in-house metal fabrication for industrial manufacturing by operating a CNC shear press and related fabrication equipment to cut, drill, deburr, and form raw sheet metal to precise specifications. You will work from blueprints and fabrication drawings, set up and run CNC-controlled machinery, and ensure high-quality, accurate parts in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Environment
This position is based in a non-climate-controlled fabrication shop, which can be hot in warm weather and cold in cooler seasons. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will work around CNC shear presses, punch presses, press brakes, and other metalworking equipment in an industrial setting, with a strong emphasis on safety practices, organized work areas, and proper material handling
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longwood, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
