CNC Operator

Join our team as a CNC Operator where you will be responsible for running CNC Mills and Lathes, including Doosan, Haas, and Okuma machines. You will handle the unloading and loading of parts, which involves repetitive lifting of over 15 lbs throughout your shift. Precision is key as you will conduct inspections using micrometers and calipers, and work from blueprints or drawings with specific measurements. You will also operate within a robot cell structure, managing multiple machines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills and Lathes, including Doosan, Haas, and Okuma machines.
• Load and unload parts, requiring repetitive lifting of over 15 lbs.
• Perform inspections on parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Work from blueprints or drawings with detailed specifications.
• Operate within a robot cell structure to manage multiple machines simultaneously.

• At least 6 months of machine operating experience.
• Familiarity with Doosan, Haas, and Okuma machines.
• Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints.

• Experience in a climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled environment with shifts from Monday through Thursday. Choose from 1st shift (6 am-2:30 pm), 2nd shift (2:15 pm-10:45 pm), or 3rd shift (10:30 pm-6:15 am, Sunday through Thursday). Enjoy shift premiums of $1 for the 2nd shift and $2 for the 3rd shift. We provide uniforms including shirts and hoodies, and a $150 shoe reimbursement. There is also a convenient vending service on-site with free coffee available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hales Corners, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hales Corners,WI.
