Job Title: 1st and 2nd Shift CNC Operator
Job Description
This role operates CNC lathes and turning centers in a manufacturing environment to produce high-quality parts. The CNC Operator sets up and runs equipment, performs tool changes and offsets, and uses precision measuring tools to verify part quality. The position also supports production flow by loading and unloading parts and preparing them for shipment while working collaboratively with the production team on a second-shift schedule.

Work Environment
This is a second-shift position in a manufacturing facility operating Monday through Thursday, with additional hours on Fridays if needed. The standard shift runs from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m., with scheduled breaks at 6:15 p.m.–6:30 p.m., a lunch period from 8:45 p.m.–9:15 p.m., and a second break from 11:50 p.m.–12:00 a.m., followed by clean-up from 1:35 a.m.–1:45 a.m. The work takes place on a production floor with CNC lathes and turning centers and involves regular use of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Team members work closely together to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
