CNC Operator
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $24-28/hr Depending on experience

What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and non‑CNC machines
Load, adjust, and edit programs usingG‑codeandM‑code
Perform tool changes as needed
Verify part accuracy using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances
Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep production running smoothly
What You Bring
Proficiency operating CNC mills and lathes
Ability to load and edit G‑code and M‑code programs
Experience with tool changes and precision measurement tools
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Work Environment
Team of 30 employees, including CNC operators and welder/fabricators
2nd shift includes 6–7 welders and a department lead
Structured, well‑organized shop overseen by a Manufacturing Supervisor and VP of Operations
Dress code: work pants, t‑shirt, andsteel‑toe boots or composite toe shoes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBIA, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
