In this role, you set up and operate advanced CNC equipment, including 4 and 5-axis mills, to machine complex, tight-tolerance parts from aerospace-grade alloys. You collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams, follow established quality management system processes, and contribute directly to the success of high-spec aerospace and defense programs.

Work Environment
The position operates in a modern, precision-focused manufacturing environment with advanced CNC mills and lathes, including 4 and 5-axis equipment used to produce high-spec aerospace components. Team members work with aerospace-grade materials such as aluminum and hard alloys under established AS9100 and QMS standards. Available schedules include a 4x10 day shift (Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and a 3x12 weekend shift (Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). The workspace emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safety, with regular use of precision measuring instruments and close collaboration with engineering and quality departments.
