Quick Response CNAs (STNAs) are a crucial part of our Even More Care program and� are trained to respond rapidly to critical needs and offer immediate assistance to patients and families during urgent changes. Whether managing pain, easing anxiety, or simply holding a hand, you will be a trusted part of someone's final journey across a variety of shifts. CNA/STNA Shifts:�

  • Full Time (40 hrs per week): Monday through Friday (3 pm to 11:30 pm)
  • Part-Time (24 hrs per week & can rotate weekends): Saturday through Sunday (8 am to 8:30 pm)
  • Shift 5- (12 hrs per week & can rotate weekends): Saturday to Sunday (8 pm to 8:30 am)
  • PRN Shifts Available as well, primarily in the hours described above

Travel to the office located in Green, Ohio, is required. Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.

CNA/STNA Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
  • Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
  • 1� year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is required
  • Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
  • Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
  • Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization
  • Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
