Key responsibilities
Support the evolution of Group CDA strategies
Work with the new ways of working operating model focusing on building a Communities of Practice (CoP) framework
Establish first tranche of CoP's, focusing on the continual operations and tuning of the agile practice and ensuring that the CoP's are running constructively
Work with Communities of Practice to define cloud and developer service strategies, standards, architecture, blueprints, processes, and patterns
Influence the wider technology community and leverages relationships with other technology functions, vendors, and industry to seek and adopt best practices in CDA
Leverages emerging & innovative technologies in Cloud and Development to enable simplification of technology landscape and service consumption to improve customer experience and drive cost reduction
Provides leadership in defining technical integration architecture strategy including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, SDLC, Web3 and EAI
Advocate adoption of Agile new ways of working and a continuous improvement framework to drive efficiency and enable business agility
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in both internal processes and practices, and external solutions and deliverables
Evaluate regulatory changes and plan and implement changes to always ensure compliance
Ensures the team workstreams and projects are well managed and appropriate tracking and reporting undertaken, implements a communications strategy and keeps business value focus
Provides leadership, coaching and development to the team to drive high performance
Establish a strong relationship with key stakeholders and support the selection of a strategic partner and establish deliverables
Support Cloud and Developer analysis
Analysis of elements that include workload scheduling
Defining a migration factory approach to Cloud
Observability assessments and progression
Special projects including a review of Group wide storage capacity & optimisation and accelerating cloud migration

CDA is the activity of studying, improving, and optimizing how business and technology can innovate and develop existing and new products and services utilising Cloud and developer technologies.
CDA will improve customer and developer experience which leads to high quality, highly productive, projects.
CDA will be an enabler of a culture of continuous change in support of a Group strategy to achieve excellence in developer experience.

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York City applicants only):
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $175,600 - $326,000.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our annual incentive (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience. All roles are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG benefit program, more information & details will be provided at time of offer.
