Join our Child and Family Services team as a Clinician providing supervision and clinical oversight to staff delivering Home-Based Therapy Services (HBTS) and Personal Assistance Services and Supports (PASS). In this vital role, you'll guide treatment planning, provide staff training, and ensure high-quality, family-centered care through monthly observations and ongoing support. You'll play a key role in developing clinicians, offering supervision toward licensure, and delivering behavioral health services that improve the lives of children and families. Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to CFS clinicians and home-based staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment and support plans.

  • Develop treatment plans, goals, and objectives; monitor progress and outcomes.

  • Observe and support home-based workers monthly; offer feedback and guidance to ensure fidelity to clinical protocols.

  • Support hiring, orientation, evaluation, training, coaching, and performance management of clinical staff in coordination with the Clinical Director.

  • Assist with day-to-day program operations and serve as acting leadership in the absence of the Clinical Director.

  • Participate in and schedule team meetings, facilitate coordination across locations, and promote consistency in clinical service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with professional ethics, licensing standards, and Seven Hills Rhode Island (SHRI) policies and procedures.

  • Respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations; escalate significant issues to Clinical Director.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of supervision, treatment activities, and communications with EOHHS, MCOs, and external stakeholders.

  • Provide backup clinical supervision and assist staff with licensure supervision hours as needed.

  • Collaborate with families regarding agency policies, resources, transition planning, and discharge processes.

  • Attend IEP and external stakeholder meetings to advocate for client needs.

  • Promote self-advocacy, rights awareness, and independence for program participants.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational values in all interactions.

  • Adhere to all training, licensure, safety, and documentation requirements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing abilities.

  • Expertise in child, adolescent, and family mental health.

  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment planning and behavioral interventions.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

  • Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.

  • Upholds professional ethics, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field
  • Requires 5 years clinical experience and supervisory experience in a human service field.
  • Behavioral Health clinical licensed required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
  • Active driver's license issued from the state of current residence
