Job Description

Join our team as a Research Coordinator where you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical trials in accordance with FDA and GCP guidelines. You will be responsible for managing trial data and ensuring quality control while working closely with other team members to facilitate the recruitment of subjects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials in compliance with FDA and GCP guidelines.
• Schedule patient visits and ensure timely data entry into the Electronic Data Capture system.
• Maintain quality control for trial content and manage clinical trial management system (CTMS) data.
• Collaborate with the marketing coordinator to recruit trial subjects.
• Process lab specimens, label vials, and complete requisitions accurately for storage and shipment per study protocol.
• Prepare and maintain research study files, compiling and submitting study information by deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Pre-screening patients, clinical research, clinical trial, and patient recruitment.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical research.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences, biology, or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience in a clinical or medical environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications such as Access, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to quickly learn industry-specific software and experience with social media platforms.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44/hr.
