Role Overview: Clinical Implementation Project Manager

Join our mission-driven team as a Clinical Implementation Project Manager, a senior-level role that reports directly to the CEO and Founder. In this pivotal position, you will not only lead the end-to-end implementation of hellocare’s virtual care platform but also be a driving force in transforming healthcare at its core. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage clinical expertise to guide health systems on best practices, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of hellocare’s platform, from deployment to ongoing support, ensuring high-impact results focusing on AI-Assisted Virtual Nursing and Virtual Patient Observation, Virtual Sitting, Clinical Digital Whiteboard, Digital Room Sign, Patient Engagement, and AI Ambient Dictation and Monitoring
  • Manage project activities during client onboarding, customizing workflows to accelerate clients’ go-live
  • Track and measure KPIs, milestones, and success metrics to ensure smooth transitions and optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams, incorporating client feedback into future innovations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key health system clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Continuously optimize service delivery processes, improving efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry standards, ensuring hellocare remains compliant with telehealth regulations and trends.
  • Proactively resolve service delivery challenges, working cross-functionally to ensure quick and effective solutions.


Your Profile:

  • Clinical Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting.
  • Licensure: Current RN license required.
  • Service Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing service delivery and clinical implementations.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of telehealth and virtual care regulations and standards.
  • Relationship Building: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on client relationships.
  • Training & Support: Experienced in training healthcare staff and providing ongoing support.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing service teams and large-scale projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
