DescriptionDirector of Clinical Services (Part-Time)Protect Each One Consulting, LLC (DBA: The Counseling Spot)The Director of Clinical Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all clinical programs within The Counseling Spot virtual office located in the state of Alabama. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based services while advancing positive client outcomes and maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards.The Director oversees the design, implementation, and continuous evaluation of clinical care systems, ensuring alignment with best practices in behavioral health. This position provides direct clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians and offers ongoing guidance to interdisciplinary staff to support safe, ethical, and effective service delivery.In this leadership capacity, the Director manages all aspects of clinical programming, including psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group therapy services, and treatment planning.
