Description:


The ambulatory clinical pharmacist II will provide specialized care to patients by reviewing medication regimens and needs for patients. Collaborates with other pharmacists, technicians or clinic staff to ensure optimal care is provided to patients and all quality and compliance requirements are met while maintaining Baptist Health Culture of care and patient satisfaction.Estimated pay range for this position is $56.35 - $73.26 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:


Degrees:
  • Bachelors.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • Registered Pharmacist.
  • Basic Life Support.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency or certification such as BCPS, BCMTMs, BCACP, CSP or consultant licensure highly desirable.
  • Doctorate preferred.
  • Experience in retail, specialty, ambulatory practice with high volume and multi tasking essentials preferred.
  • Immunization certification or within 6 months of hire highly preferred.
