We’re looking for a detail-driven Client Service Representative to support our fast-paced team. This role includes:
� Reviewing medical processes & records
� Managing prior authorization requests (PARS)
� Organizing and maintaining case files
� Data entry and documentation support
What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of admin experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong organization & communication skills
• High attention to detail & discretion with sensitive info
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
