The standout candidate will possess 3+ years of direct experience as a client associate in a private wealth environment, alongside a completed bachelor degree and bilingual in English and Spanish. This position is essential for delivering premium service and ensuring seamless operational support for affluent individuals and their estates.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for exclusive client inquiries and resolve matters with exceptional accuracy.
• Facilitate daily account operations and complex transactions for high net worth clientele.
• Support senior relationship managers with account onboarding and necessary regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate international communications and specialized financial requests effectively.

Qualifications:

• Complete fluency in English and Spanish to effectively support Latin American clientele.
• 3+ years of hands on background serving as a client associate within a private banking or family office setting.
• A completed bachelor degree from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
