Hi,

Akkodis is seeking Client Services Admin – Level II and Level III for our Contract- To-Hire positions with a direct client. It is for Lake Mary, FL location.

Position: Client Services – Level II and Level III

Location: 100 Colonial Center Pkwy, Lake Mary, FL 32746 (Onsite -4 days/Week)

Position Type: CTH (6 Months)

Pay Range: For Level II- $20/hr - $25/hour without benefits

For Level III- $30/hr- $35/hr without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)


Job Description:

We are hiring Client Services Professionals to support institutional clients in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) / Broker-Dealer environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for business and brokerage clients, assisting with account support, client inquiries, and service coordination.


We are hiring for two levels, depending on experience.


🔹 Level II – Client Services Associate

Ideal for candidates with strong customer service or client-facing experience who are eager to build a career in financial services.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with account opening and asset movement requests
  • Support clients in navigating financial systems and platforms
  • Track and manage client cases through resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up support

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service or client support experience
  • Financial services experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests


🔹 Level III – Senior Client Services Associate

Ideal for candidates with financial services or brokerage experience supporting complex client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value client relationships
  • Resolve advanced financial service inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Provide first-call resolution whenever possible
  • Support retirement accounts, investments, and brokerage-related services

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of financial services or brokerage experience (Required)
  • Experience supporting IRAs, 401(k)s, mutual funds, or brokerage accounts
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle complex client service requests


Additional Details:

  • Approximately 20 client calls per day
  • Training provided (first 30 days onsite)
