The Role
We are seeking a Client Service Associate who operates with a high level of ownership, accuracy, and professionalism. This role is central to the client experience and requires someone who anticipates needs, follows through without prompting, and takes pride in getting details right the first time.
This is not an entry-level administrative position. It is best suited for someone who is already comfortable in a wealth management environment and is looking to deepen their impact within a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for client service needs, delivering timely, precise, and thoughtful support
- Prepare for client meetings with a high degree of accuracy, including customized materials and reporting
- Execute account openings, ACATs, money movements, and maintenance requests with minimal oversight
- Coordinate meetings end-to-end, ensuring preparation and follow-through are handled seamlessly
- Maintain clean, accurate, and well-documented client records within CRM systems
- Manage onboarding workflows to deliver a polished, high-touch client experience
- Work directly with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) to resolve issues efficiently
- Track and close out open items proactively—nothing falls through the cracks
- Support ongoing client communications and reporting
- Adhere strictly to compliance and confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in an RIA, wealth management, or comparable financial services environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflows independently with strong attention to detail
- Working familiarity with insurance products (e.g., life insurance, annuities, etc.) and related servicing processes
- Clear, professional communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational discipline and follow-through
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Redtail, Orion)
- High level of integrity and discretion
Strongly Preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients
- Familiarity with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
- Working knowledge of financial planning and investment processes
- Bonus would be Series 7 and/or 65 licensed (or actively pursuing)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
- Health, dental, and vision coverage
- Retirement plan with employer contribution
- Paid time off and holidays
- Licensing and professional development support
Additional Considerations
This role is best suited for candidates who:
- Take ownership rather than wait for direction
- Value precision and accountability in their work
