A well-established, Boston-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and client-focused professional looking to build a long-term career within wealth management.

Position Overview

The Client Service Associate will support Advisors and play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. This individual will act as a central point of coordination across client service, operations, and planning support functions.


Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of support for Advisors, assisting with client communications and service requests
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Advisors to ensure a seamless, responsive experience
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up and coordination

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with account maintenance, portfolio administration, and client updates
  • Process service requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation

Advisor & Planning Support

  • Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and planning documentation
  • Assist in gathering and organizing client financial data for review meetings
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Advisors

Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure all client activity is handled in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information


Qualifications

Required

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, client-first mindset
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in wealth management

Preferred

  • Prior experience in client service, financial services, or a professional office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Exposure to financial planning concepts or investment products is a plus
  • Licensing is not required for this role.
