Position Overview
The Client Service Associate will support Advisors and play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. This individual will act as a central point of coordination across client service, operations, and planning support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of support for Advisors, assisting with client communications and service requests
- Act as a liaison between clients and Advisors to ensure a seamless, responsive experience
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up and coordination
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist with account maintenance, portfolio administration, and client updates
- Process service requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation
Advisor & Planning Support
- Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and planning documentation
- Assist in gathering and organizing client financial data for review meetings
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Advisors
Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure all client activity is handled in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, client-first mindset
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in wealth management
Preferred
- Prior experience in client service, financial services, or a professional office environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Exposure to financial planning concepts or investment products is a plus
- Licensing is not required for this role.
