What you'll own

  • Client Experience — Greet clients, manage incoming calls, and set the tone for every interaction. You're the face of the firm.
  • Scheduling & Coordination — Own advisor calendars, client appointments, reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Operations Support — Partner with the Client Service Manager on annuity and IRA applications (Fidelity platforms), meeting prep, post-meeting communications, and vendor coordination across 401(k), 403(b), annuity, and broker-dealer partners.
  • Client Touchpoints — Send cards, gifts, and maintain the small details that keep relationships strong.
  • Marketing & Events — Help create and schedule social media content, maintain the marketing calendar, and support bi-weekly client workshops from planning through follow-up.


What you bring

  • Strong communicator with a professional, warm presence
  • Organized and detail-driven — you catch what others miss
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping anything
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Willing to learn financial platforms (Fidelity experience is a plus)
  • Prior admin or client service experience preferred; financial services background is a bonus


Compensation & Benefits

  • $24- $27/ hour starting pay
  • 3 weeks PTO + all major holidays paid
