Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Communication Agent located in Las Vegas, NV. The Client Communication Agent will manage incoming and outgoing communications, deliver prompt and professional customer service, and ensure personalized interactions that align with our clients' branding. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating client interactions, managing online communications, drafting press releases, and facilitating internal communications as a key liaison with clients and team members.
