Client Account Representative


We are looking for a Client Account Representative to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning the sales process in a hands-on environment. In this role, you will connect with business customers, discuss available service options, answer questions, and assist with new account opportunities. We are a growing team focused on customer acquisition, client support, and business development. Our goal is to help businesses connect with services that make sense for their needs while providing a professional, helpful experience from the first conversation to the final follow-up.


Responsibilities

• Communicate with business customers and prospective clients

• Present service information clearly and professionally

• Assist with new customer acquisition and account setup

• Build positive relationships with customers

• Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• Work with the team to meet daily and weekly goals

• Willingness to learn and take feedback

• Reliable and self-motivated

• Comfortable speaking with new people

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers is helpful but not required

• Must be available to work full-time on-site
