Summary:

Directs daily operations of Ovesco Endoscopy USA clean room, including supervising and helping to train and lead a small production team inside an ISO 8 clean room environment to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded. Supervises the completion of production workflows, monitors assembling procedures, reviews documentation and does final inspection of outgoing goods before they get sent for packaging. Is trained on assembling and documentation of Ovesco’s devices and is familiar with all components and devices. Has a strong attention to detail, is reliable, and can use fine motor skills.


Responsibilities:

·        Personnel & Team Management: Supervise production team/clean room technicians to ensure quality and production goals are met. Help train team on clean room protocols, contamination control, and safety protocols.

·        Production & Workflow: Oversee production processes of technicians to ensure output meets quality and delivery targets. Troubleshoot issues, minimize scrap rates, and manage production downtime.

·        Quality Assurance & Documentation: Review work orders and production records to ensure product traceability and quality compliance. Investigate nonconforming products and implement corrective actions.

·        Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety policies, proper PPE usage, and coordinate preventative maintenance or certification for cleanroom equipment and facilities

·        Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure staff strictly adhere to industry standards (e.g., GMP, ISO). Assist Manager of Quality Assurance in monitoring clean room environmental conditions and executing corrective actions for non-conformities

·        Production: Assist in assembly of devices and goods when necessary


Qualifications:

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        3-4 years of experience in production or cleanroom environment

·        At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience

·        Understanding of cleanroom protocols with a demonstrated understanding of the importance of contamination control and a willingness to follow strict procedures.

·        Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

·        Must have a basic understanding of math.

·        Strong attention to detail, critical for maintaining the required cleanliness and contamination control standards.

·        Excellent organizational skills.

·        Reliable transportation and ability to be on-site at work consistently.
