We are working with a well-established insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Claims Management Representative to support client accounts and drive effective workers’ compensation claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor open workers’ compensation claims to ensure proper handling, timely updates, and regulatory compliance.
• Review loss runs, identify trends, and advocate for clients regarding medical management and carrier coordination.
• Guide clients through claim reporting, documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in claim reviews, renewal strategy meetings, and safety or injury-prevention discussions.
• Maintain accurate claim files and prepare reports on claim performance, cost trends, and experience modification projections.
• Provide data insights to internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
