A highly respected, multidisciplinary engineering firm is looking for a Civil Engineering Market Leader – Land Development to take full ownership of its California land development business.
This is not a “seller‑doer” role.
This is not a project director stretch assignment.
This is market leadership.
What You’d Actually Own• California land development growth strategy
• Executive‑level client relationships (developers + agencies)
• A leadership bench of Client Leaders and Delivery Leaders
• Pipeline health, forecasting discipline, and backlog quality
• Strategic pursuits and PI‑C oversight (not day‑to‑day PM work)
