About the RoleWe’re seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven Civil Engineer to help expand our Land Development practice and play a visible role in shaping the future of our firm. This is a client‑facing leadership position ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with strategic thinking, mentorship, and business development.
You’ll work closely with private real estate developers, lead multidisciplinary project teams, and take ownership of proposals, budgets, and client relationships. If you’re energized by seeing projects through from concept to completion—and want a clear path to growth—this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
