Who are we looking for?

Join a team that’s shaping the infrastructure communities rely on every day. We’re looking for a driven Civil Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA supporting municipal water and wastewater projects across the Northeast and Midwest, with a strong emphasis on linear water, sanitary sewer, and force main systems. In this role, you’ll work on critical conveyance infrastructure—water transmission and distribution mains, gravity sewers, force mains, and pump station connections—supporting public-sector clients throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Your work will directly contribute to resilient, reliable systems that protect public health and support long-term community growth.

You’ll be engaged throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction support, preparing technical drawings, specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates while contributing to hydraulic modeling and system evaluations. This role offers meaningful collaboration with municipalities, utility authorities, regulators, and stakeholders, as well as hands-on involvement during construction through RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and field support. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, strengthen technical excellence, and grow your career while making a tangible impact on the communities you serve.
