Job Title: Civil Engineer: Open to New Grads!
Job Description
Assist with the preparation of civil site design plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout for land development and infrastructure projects. Support stormwater management and erosion & sediment control design in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Perform basic engineering calculations, quantity takeoffs, and design checks under supervision. Assist with NPDES permitting, plan submissions, and agency coordination. Coordinate with in-house surveying and geospatial teams to incorporate field data into design deliverables. Prepare and revise CAD drawings and technical exhibits for project deliverables. Participate in construction phase services, including responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and supporting design-build efforts. Conduct occasional field visits to observe existing conditions and support project coordination.

Work Environment
Work primarily in an office located in Harrisburg, PA, with some hybrid flexibility. The role involves occasional site visits to gain a visual understanding of projects. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
