Description
We are seeking a Childcare Systems & Registration Operations Assistantto support the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of our program listings and registration systems.
This role works closely with our Project Manager, Registration Team & Executive Staff to build and manage enrollment and drop-in programs across all locations using Playground software system.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are accurate, up-to-date, and functioning smoothly for both families and staff.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and structured processes and takes pride in getting the details right.
Location: Fishkill, NY | Job Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt | Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15–20 hours/week, hours vary between 9am - 3pm
