This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer based in Merrillville, IN. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, align business strategies to the organization’s goals, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing business planning initiatives, analyzing and optimizing processes, overseeing financial operations, and developing budgets. Additionally, the COO will collaborate closely with leadership to drive organizational growth and sustainability.

• Expertise in Business Planning and the ability to implement effective strategies
• Strong knowledge and experience in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization
• Proficient Analytical Skills for informed decision-making and problem-solving
• Experience in Finance and Budgeting to oversee financial health and resource allocation
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is preferred
