The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will provide leadership to hospital and medical staff at AdventHealth Central Texas (232 beds) and AdventHealth Rollins Brook (25 beds) in the effective delivery of health services to patients, their family members, and the community, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently, and that patient experience and quality are measured successfully and continuously improved. The CMO will be responsible for establishing professional services that comply successfully with all state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
The CMO will provide the hospital and medical staff with overall administrative assistance and coordination relating to the quality of medical care. As a member of the Executive team, the CMO will act as a liaison to the officers and members of the medical staff and will have the direct administrative responsibility for hospital based medical services and individual physicians. The CMO will create an environment among physicians and other important elements where the successful execution of the AdventHealth Purpose, Vision and Mission is continually demonstrated.

- Multi Health System Integration and Collaboration: Provide strategic direction to joint venture and affiliated partners as a member of the Executive Triad Council and CMO Council.

- Active Texas medical licensure [Required]
