The Opportunity
As Chief Discipline Engineer, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for the Electrical and I&C disciplines. You’ll ensure engineering excellence, resource readiness, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with lead engineering leadership and project teams.
This is both a technical authority and people‑leadership role, ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys shaping strategy as much as solving complex challenges.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
