Chemical Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Calhoun, Rome, & Dalton, GA

  • Pay: $30–$35 per hour (experience-based)

Chemical Operators: ideal for operators with experience in batch processing, reactor operation, and safe handling of chemicals in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Do
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust chemical processing equipment (reactors, mixers, pumps, valves, filtration systems)
  • Follow batch sheets, SOPs, and safety protocols with precision
  • Load raw materials, monitor reaction parameters, and document process data
  • Perform sampling, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting
  • Work closely with shift leads and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Maintain a clean, compliant work area in accordance with OSHA and plant standards
What You Need
  • Chemical operator experience required (industrial, batch, or continuous processing)
  • Ability to read batch sheets, follow procedures, and document production data
  • Strong understanding of safety practices, PPE, and chemical handling
  • Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift

Pay & Benefits
  • $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience. $30 or more for 5+ years and based on total experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
